ARE THE DELIVERY GUARANTEES?
Yes. If 30 days have gone by with no updates from the provided tracking, please email us (Jaysjerseys4@gmail.com) with your order number. We will send out a replacement or a full refund of your purchase.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
Order are automatically processed within 24-48 hours of your order. Please make sure your order is correct and you want it before you hit the submit button.
Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to initiate returns due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19, please ensure you follow our size chart or contact us with any questions regarding sizing.
*Customers are responsible for ordering the correct sizes*

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds only happen if the package arrives:
- Damaged
- You received the wrong size/item
- Never arrives after 30 days
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a 3-7 business days.
You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery if there is any complaints. After 48 hours, we will not accept.
What happens if I put the incorrect address?
If any packages never arrive due to the input of an incorrect address we are not responsible and cannot refund your order. Shipping labels are copy & pasted from your input.
Received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund your order.
